Indie's rescue story began with his mom, Poppy! I had been keeping an eye on Poppy for some time, as she lived with a family who kept their dogs chained and didn't care for them properly. Her condition worsened over time, and when she gave birth to three tiny puppies, I knew I couldn't wait any longer, I had to step in. I rescued Poppy and her puppies, including Indie, and brought them to the clinic, where they received the care they desperately needed. Once they were healthy and strong enough, they came to our rescue house. Fun fact: Indie, along with his mom and siblings, were the very first dogs to arrive at our rescue house. His siblings, Ted and Kairo, were adopted early on by amazing families and are now living their best lives in loving homes. Indie is truly a one-of-a-kind dog. He adores cuddles, loves running freely through the rice fields, and has a blast playing with the other dogs at the rescue house. He's not only playful and sweet but also has a personality that lights up the room. If you're searching for a larger dog with a heart of gold, Indie is the one.
